A Little Different
I decided that I would do something a little different and show you some of the oil paintings in our home. Though not terribly expensive, they mean a lot to me. I have no idea who painted each one; I just cannot read the handwriting at the bottom.
This one is in the living room. I call it “The Parlor”.
This one is also in the living room. I call it “The Time Machine” because it reminds me of the movie by the same name.
This fairy is in our hallway. She was the first oil painting that I bought.
This “Goddess” is on another wall in the hallway. She is beautiful!
I hope you enjoyed these as much as we do!

The fairy is "Midsummer Eve" by Edward Robert Hughes.
The last one is "Cinderella (Enchantment)" by Maxfield Parrish.
They're two of my favorite artists! :) I'm not sure who did the still lifes, but I really like them, too.
You'd probably like Alphonse Mucha and John William Waterhouse, among others.

Oooh, and check out John William Godward, too! :)
By the way, your comments box is not remembering my information.
