Marijuana And Montel

This news story was provided at TVGuide.com.

TALK SHOW TRAGEDY: An Oklahoma woman shot and killed her spouse on Feb. 24, when the couple argued over an episode of The Montel Williams Show about abusive husbands. Yes, really. Here's what happened: Teri Lynn and Cecil Carver of Rose, Okla., were reportedly smoking marijuana and watching TV in bed. She commented that he resembled the men on Montel. Cecil then hit Teri Lynn, fetched a handgun and fired a shot into their bed's headboard to express his displeasure at being called a violent partner. They struggled over the gun, and Cecil took a fatal bullet in the chest. Mrs. Carver hasn't been charged with a crime, however, since local police decided all evidence points to accidental death.

My Thoughts: There must have been major problems in their marriage way before this incident for something like this to have happened; smoking marijuana only being the tip of the ice burg, I’m sure. There’s no telling what violence went on in their home before that no one even knew of.

Gosh, I'd not heard about that! So...What'd you think of episode #2 of Kingdom Hospital? I'm still not convinced.

Your comments still hate me and forget me, by the way. So do my own, for that matter. :S

I'm sorry that they forget you. I don't understand that. I'll have to ask Kevin - he's the computer expert.

I thought Kingdom Hospital was kind of dorky (do people still use that word?). The actress that plays the wife of the artist is a terrible actress. And what was with the whole "his pants are unzipped" thing??? I still am trying to figure that one out! Did you tape it this time? I wonder what Howie will think?

Nope, he said not to bother taping it for him. I did tape Survivor, tonight, though...And we're going to watch it now!
