Remember When ...
Do you remember that little kid in your class at school who threw up all over the place? I would bet that you remember it like it was yesterday. Well, today that little kid was Ashley. She was sitting at her desk and threw up all over the desk and the floor which is carpeted by the way. I bet that was a pleasant sight and smell. I’m sure the class and teacher were reminded of her all day long as they walked in and out of the room.
I took her temperature before she left because the previous night it had been high. It was perfectly normal, so I figured she would be okay to go to school. Well, the puking incident kind of proved me wrong. I took her to the doctor and she has strep throat. She’s not allowed to go to school tomorrow which will give her a three day weekend to recuperate.

Poor kiddo! Both times I've had intestinal viruses this year, I've not had a fever at all. I've just been in projectile-everything misery. Hope she feels better quickly!
I remember a time, maybe second or third grade...We were jogging around the perimeter of the gym when a kid just *hurled* while he kept moving (momentum, I guess). Poor kid spouted all over the back of the girl in front of him and on the floor. I don't remember any domino effect, but I'm sure there were others who tossed their cookies.
It happens to everyone. Hope she doesn't feel too mortified - I remember being a little kid!

That is sooo funny! I think I would have died laughing unless it was me that got puked on! As I was writing this, I remembered my own vomiting experience. I will write about it tomorrow. Won't that keep you coming back?! LOL!
