Golf And A Wedding

Last night we played a game of miniature golf with my parents. It was a nice night and not too hot which made it very fun. The only drawback was that it was a bit pricy: over $4 for adults and over $3 for children. We spent $18 for the four of us which to me is a bit much.

Today Kevin, Ashley, and I went to the wedding of a couple that we met at church. It was a beautiful ceremony. It took all that I had to hold back the tears. Things like weddings and the birth of a child get me emotional. They showed a Power Point slideshow of the couple as children and then together as adults. It was very touching. Afterwards we were treated to wonderful wedding cake and punch. YUM!

How did you deal with the gift issue?

I didn't take anything since I had already gotten them something. No one else that I saw was bringing in anything either.
