After The Storm ...
Happy Memorial Day! I hope that everyone had a great day. I know that we did. We were invited to a couple’s house that we met at church a few months ago. We talked a lot and ate pizza for dinner. After dinner we talked some more while Ashley rode bikes out front with their son. He is a DOLL let me tell you.
I really like these people and feel like I could talk to them forever. We’ll have to get them over here now for a cook out and maybe some card playing ;)

We had family and friends over yesterday for a cookout and our friend Angie stayed late and played cards. It was a nice night. Sounds like you had one, too. And the weather was great yesterday - how about yours? :)

I do enjoy entertaining, but I find it stressful. I want everything to be perfect.
The weather was beautiful yesterday. I couldn't have asked for better!

I know that stressful feeling!!! However, it sounmds as if it was great fun - I like the American way of gathering at friend's houses on these days off. We Brits hang around in traffic jams!!!!
