Because of a new federal law, if you live in the U.S., you can go to AnnualCreditReport and get a FREE copy of your credit report. This is totally free – there is no hidden cost. We did it last night and it works.
This is not the same as FreeCreditReport.com. At this agency, if you do not cancel your membership within 30 days, you are billed $12 for each month that you continue membership. Why go here when you can get it free?

This is being phased in by states so some states are not eligable yet. But good job on spreading the word!!
