My Waterbabies
I believe that we have already spent more time in the pool so far this summer than we did all last summer. It wasn’t hot enough outside to maintain the heat to keep the water warm enough, so we didn’t use it near as much.
I hope that I’m getting some exercise along with the tan that I now have. Even though I’m not necessarily swimming, I am constantly walking. It is rare that I am ever completely still. The great thing about walking in the pool is, in the pool you can walk on and on forever and your feet don’t hurt! Ha! Ha! I bet you never thought of that!

Water exercises are the best....they are low impact and don't kill you knees. The girls in the office have been talking about joining a gym or YMCA where they offer water arobics. You can make money and rent your pool out!!! ^_^

We went to the YMCA's water arthritis class, but it wasn't challenging enough. Unfortunately, the water aerobics classes we'd like to try are at 9:00am. with Howie's schedule, there's just no way we're doing that.
