Happy New Year!
We spent New Year’s Eve watching episodes of The Twilight Zone and working this 1,000-piece puzzle:

The scene is the Notre Dame Church in Montreal, Canada. It was a beast to put together – probably our hardest puzzle yet because it was so dark in places. Frankly, I enjoy working more colorful puzzles even though this is a beautiful picture.

Wow, that really looks like a bear. I don't have much patience for jigsaw puzzles; actually it's more the room I don't have, though I know there are those roll-up mats for them. What's the largest puzzle you've ever done? My MIL likes jigzone.com for online puzzles - some are pretty challenging.

GW: This has to be the biggest and hardest we have worked. I want to keep it fun though. I've seen all white puzzles - those don't look too fun to me!

Where do you buy puzzles? I looked at Wal-mart last night, but they didn't have a very good selection. That one is beautiful!

That puzzle came from a friend at work who I know only shops at Dollar Discount stores. Kevin and I have bought them everywhere though including Wal-Mart, Target, Barnes & Noble, and Joseph Beth.
