Bedtime
It’s hard for us to sit down and watch movies. We have certain T.V. shows that we record throughout the week. Therefore, we are normally catching up on those shows on the weekend when we could be watching a movie. Anything that comes on after 10 PM is taped. Since I have started working, I can hardly get my eyes to stay open past 10 o’clock.
That said I did watch a movie last week when I was in bed sick all day. I watched The Bad Seed for the first time. It’s an old black and white movie made in 1956. It’s about a little girl who some people think is a darling, but who is actually a bad seed indeed. I enjoyed it very much and thought the ending was very apt.
Then, this past Saturday night, we stayed up until 1 AM watching Million Dollar Baby . This movie stars Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman, and Hilary Swank. It was made in 2004. I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful this movie is. I would watch it again in a heartbeat.
I’m hoping this weekend we will get to see another “new to us” movie. I am still dying to see Walk the Line. I have heard that it’s excellent.

I haven't seen either Million Dollar Baby or Walk The Line, but I really liked The Bad Seed. That little girl was so creepy!
I'm dying to see Walk the Line too. If you get to see it soon, let me know if it's all it's cracked up to be.

Tami,
Walk the Line is excellent! I loved it, mom said it was one of the best bio movies she has seen....Reese could have been a little more homely as June! I may buy this one on payday....Million Dollar Baby made me cry the first time I watched it, but worth it! You should watch North Country, a true story about sexual harrassement.
