Living In Arizona
It was on.
Then, it was off.
It was on again.
Then, it was off again.
Now, it’s back on.
The air-conditioning; it’s driving me crazy!
We’ve had some much cooler days lately, so it only makes sense to turn the air off. However, every time I say, - the air is not coming back on this year – it gets hot again.
This afternoon we came home from church, opened every window and even the French doors and it was still too hot. You know, the hotter it gets, the less you want to move, cook, or do anything and I couldn’t handle that today. I am making roast, potatoes, cole slaw, and cornbread for dinner, so it absolutely cannot be hot in here or no one will want to eat. That’s one more thing that’s hard to do when it’s too hot – eat.

Yesterday we did some much needed shopping for Ashley. She needed a jacket and after going to every store in town (it felt like it), we found one at JC Penney made by the Arizona Jean Company that we all agreed on:

We also went ahead and bought her Halloween costume at Party City.
THIS is what she will be. She found it herself online and we didn’t want to wait because if you wait, all the good costumes are gone. We bought some fish net stocking to go with it and she already has the black boots. She’s going to look awesome!
We bought many other things, but I won’t bore you. I’m happy. It was a successful shopping day. Now all she needs is a winter coat.

We need some outlet stores in Lexington! As far as I know, there aren't any.
