Charlies
We bought our lunch here today:

They have THE BEST fish sandwiches, crinkle French fries, and jalapeño hush puppies in town.
I bought two books:
The Glass Castle: A Memoir by Jeannette Walls
I don’t even remember who gave me the idea to read this book. It’s been on my list for over a year though, so I was thrilled to finally get it.
The other book was Pigs in Heaven by Barbara Kingsolver.
I actually read on someone’s blog how much they enjoyed Prodigal Summer and The Poisonwood Bible by Kingsolver, so I was looking for those. However, my only choice by this author was Pigs in Heaven – a book not mentioned by the blogger. I’m sure it will be interesting though.

Oh-I loved Pigs in Heaven.
You know we were talking about Charlie's the other day and how we've never been there and the person we were talking to asked how we could be from here and still not have had one of those sandwiches - they must be good fish sandwiches. Hmmm...maybe they're open on Sunday...

I love Charlie's!
I read 'The Poisonwood Bible' last year, and I thought it was great book. I had trouble getting into it at first, but once I got past the first chapter, it was a quick read.
You should read 'Backroads' by Tawny O'Dell. It's a really great book too.
