Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!
Yesterday I brought mom and dad’s fall decorations down from the attic and put them up and around their house. It never dawned on me until I was almost finished that I never actually asked them if they wanted me to do this.
Even though mom has not felt well, it would have been nice had I asked before I just started bring boxes downstairs. Oh well, there’s always Thanksgiving. I will make sure to ask before bringing down the box marked “Thanksgiving”.
I have to add to that statement – not that they minded. (It’s a good thing!) They didn’t mind at all and in fact, were grateful and very complementary of the job I did. However, it’s always nice to be asked; especially when it’s someone else – family or not – handling your stuff.

I know it’s hard to see these from afar, but they are pumpkin tins which will be lit when it’s closer to Halloween:
I know I’m early in my decorating. I decorated their house yesterday and my house today (I will show you some of those pics tomorrow.), but I couldn’t help myself. The cool, crisp mornings, the newly purchased Pumpkin Room Spray, and the fall décor in the stores has driven me forward and I cannot stop. Next thing you know, I’ll be buying mums to plant outside … now that’s an idea!
** I feel I must warn you. It is my opinion that the pumpkin spray I mentioned above is THE BEST SMELLING STUFF EVER. Do not confuse it with THIS pumpkin spray sold in the same store. The spray I mentioned before, (it comes in an orange aerosol can) can only be bought in the fall. The other spray is sold year round.

Fall officially begins on Sunday, so it is not too early to decorate for fall. Besides, after the hot summer everyone had, let's get the feeling of fall in the air.

I am so jealous of their porch. I always wanted a big porch to sit out on and rock! Things look great....I'm so glad fall is here, it's my favorite time of year! The colors are great! You can come decorate my house if you like! ^_^

Those decorations are beautiful, you did a great job. I wouldn't complain at all if you came to my house unannounced and decorated it for me. :)

It's been cool and crisp there? We've been in the upper 80's here in central Ohio!

In the mornings, GW. It has been in the 80's all this week, but in the mornings it is chilly.
