Not A Hotel
I found these babes in costume over the weekend:
Mom packed her suitcase today for her six-day stay in the Markey. Too bad it’s not a luxury hotel like the name implies; “The Markey”.
She is dreading it and I don’t blame her. Although she receives excellent treatment during her stay, you can imagine a hospital stay of any kind would be hard.
They planned to have lasagna one night for dinner, so I prepared that for them while I was there this afternoon. I hope it was good. I have told her I will make anything she wants; all she has to do is ask.
Just between us, I think she has a hard time asking for anything!

Alot of people have trouble asking for help. My grandmother is that way. She lives alone and until recently wouldn't ask for any help at all. I think it was the way they were raised.. kind of like the fact that those generations like liver.. uck..

I know she has a hard time asking for anything too Tam. She's so use to doing for others that she don't know how to let others do for her. I hope she gets through this time easy. Whatever I can do please call me! My prayers are there many times a day. I love you all!
