Only 37
I love this:
Two little princesses dancing in a row,
Spinning fast and freely on their little toes,
Where the light will take them no one ever knows,
Two little princesses dancing in a row

I want to introduce you to Andrew’s girlfriend. I should have done it a long time ago, but I never got around to it.
That is Christina. She and Andrew met many years ago in middle school where they dated for about three years. They got back together toward the end of their senior year. She now attends college and wants to become a nurse. I believe this is a good choice since it is a profession which is needed no matter where she goes.
She is one of the things that keep Andrew going in boot camp. He loves getting her letters and writing to her. He thinks about her night and day, naturally.
Speaking of Andrew, he is doing well. He said he fired his rifle “and it was awesome”. He still hasn’t been in the gas chamber because the date was moved. He will do that in two weeks. He says he can do 90 sit-ups in two minutes and 15 pull-ups. His time was 24:20 on the 3-mile run.
He only has 37 days to go until graduation! OOH-RAH!

She is too cute! I'm glad to hear that Andrew is doing so well. Those 37 days will fly by, I'm sure.

Hey, Christina - hello from Ohio! :) No wonder Andrew loves you. You're pretty and you obviously have a big heart if you want to be a nurse.
Andrew is a machine -- holy cow, I can't imagine doing that many sit-ups, let alone doing that many in two minutes!

hey. I completely randomly came across your page and thought it was interesting. I read about andrew going through basic, I went through it. I hope he enjoyed the gas chamber, lol. that was my least favorite part. nice blog.
