This Is Getting Exciting!

We just learned that Sarah’s video made the cut! That’s right, she’s now in the Mutt Madness Energetic Eight! Our BIG thanks to everyone who’s voted for her video so far. The competition’s getting fierce now, with several great videos up against hers. We need your votes now more than ever, so please spread the word and vote for Sarahbou & Caribou today! The Jack Russell and Border Collie think they’re hot stuff with all their fancy tricks, but I think Sarah can take ‘em both. After all, how can you resist those big, brown eyes and her polite, but insistent exclamations? Let’s get coffee-loving Sarahbou into the Furry Four!

I just learned Sarah is #2 seed in the competition. I wrote and asked if the videos were seeded, not knowing really what that meant but asking because someone asked me. LOL

I've voted but I'm just wondering: doesn't coffee contain the same chemicals as chocolate which are toxic in dogs? I don't know if I've got that right but I'm sure I read it somewhere. Maybe it's only if given in excess. Your friend should check up on it just in case.

Hi, Elle - I told our vet about Sarah's love of the bean and asked if they'd hurt her, just to be sure. After he finally quit laughing, he said she'd have to eat "a heck of a lot" of coffee beans before she'd be in danger. We don't give them to her every day now, just to be on the safe side. She just gets half a bean every now and then. :)
