From The Yard
Here are some things you will find in our yard:
This is the view up:
The Dogwood:
Bleeding Heart:
Wisteria Vine:
I believe I have said this before, but I will tell you again. I planted the Wisteria Vine because I read so much about them in Anne Rice’s novels, however I believe they flourish in the deep south; in places like New Orleans where she lived whilst writing those novels. In Kentucky, the Wisteria blooms, but I don’t think it is necessarily happy about it.
I’m surprised this flower blooms because of all the golden showers it receives from Guido:
Yes, he is in our yard too:
I said, “Smile for Mama.” And he did.

Oh, beautiful flowers - we haven't experienced wide-spread blooming here yet, my tulips haven't even bloomed yet. :( My mint is peeking up though, the stuff was supposed to be pretty and smell good, now it's almost a nuisance weed 'cause it grows EVERYWHERE - but it still smells good.
