Thanksgiving Decorations
Kevin loves learning new skills. He is still knitting, but is also making things out of paper. THIS is one website he enjoys. (You click each picture to open the different categories.)
I showed you the first replicas he made from paper. They were photographs inside The Haunted Mansion at Disney.
I thought you might enjoy seeing his most recent projects. The chosen images are first printed out on card stock. Then, each item must be very precisely cut. This takes a lot of time. Every item is folded certain ways and then glued using Aleene's Quick Dry Tacky Glue.
In this photo, Kevin worked on an Indian:

A detailed look at the pilgrim couple:
As you can see, this is not something for everyone. It takes patience, time, and skill. I have not personally tried to make anything, but Kevin says some things are definitely more difficult than others.

Looks like your dad has rubbed off on your husband! Sometimes the teacher learns from the student.

Those are totally cool! I like doing 3D things like that, but most of mine are on scrapbook pages or in cards. Thanks for that link - that's neat!
